‌ Buffer installation steps ‌

‌ Preparation stage ‌ : Place the six buffer bar beams tightly on the rack. Wear U-bolts on the steel plates at the foot but do not fix them tightly.

‌ Install the bottom liner channel ‌ : Place the bottom liner channel on the beam and secure it using inner hexagon bolts through the round holes marked in green.

‌ Installing the buffer bar ‌ : put the special screws into the chute on the reverse side of the buffer bar, place the buffer bar with the screws threaded on the bottom lining channel, and then fix the buffer bar bolts.

‌ Tighten all bolts ‌ : Check and tighten all bolts again after 24 hours of operation to ensure their stability and safety.
