The automatic cone roller correction system is used to correct the deviation of the bearing surface of the conveyor belt. Because of the trough characteristics of the conveyor belt on the bearing surface, a different deviation correction structure is required. It applies the principle of the automatic correction system of the return flat roller on the horizontal plane. The conical rollers on both sides enable the correction of load and heavy duty conditions to activate our standard center pivot system. The conical rollers on both sides are designed for the most efficient contact range, with the side conical rollers adjusting the Angle range from 0 to 10 degrees, which ensures that 90° contact with the band edge does not occur. When the belt deviates from the center, the belt slides sideways, and the conical rollers on both sides slide upward to drive the conical roller to roll, so that the correction system turns on its internal pivot and turns the belt back to the center with the least force.
